Foam glass microspheres

Microspheres are a light, loose white powder, consisting of separate, hollow spherical particles in the size range of 15 to 200 microns, and generally 15 to 125 microns.

Application areas of foam glass microspheres in manufacturing:

  • Dustable, lightweight fillers and flushing fluid for drilling and repair of oil, gas and gas condensate wells;
  • As a filler-colmatant in drilling fluids, for plugging permeable rocks, with the creation of a near-wellbore portion of the well bore layer of inert material;
  • Lightweight fillers for the production of composite materials for various values of building heat insulation compounds;
