Economic aspects of foam concrete application

Due to the unique qualities of foam concrete, its application allows greatly improve the economic efficiency of construction, therefore as:

  • The price of foam concentrate is 15-20 times lower than the price of expanded clay;
  • 50% less than total transport costs for the delivery of construction materials;
  • High mobility of the mixture (over 60 cm) allows to filling in any forms, hidden cavities, which gives savings of 15-20% of total energy consumption during installation;
  • Vibration for laying mixture is not required, which gives savings of up to 4 kW / m3, and significantly increases the service life of the formwork;
  • Is obtained more quality front surface, which reduces the cost of subsequent finishing work at 15-20%;
  • The simplicity of the process allows the use of less skilled workforce; elements of the of foam concrete by 25-30% lower the static load on the structure and on the consumption of steel reinforcement;
  • There is no possibility of direct spill mixture;

Foam concrete meets all the house-building standards and requirements

  1. Produced blocks of construction-heat-insulating type of foam concrete can be used in load-bearing and self-supporting walls of buildings up to 3 floors, but not more than 10 m. (According to SRT 501-52-01-2007 “Design and construction of shells of residential and public building with cellular concrete in Russia “, p.6.2.8).;
  2. Blocks manufactured from heat-insulating type of foam concrete can be applied as a heat-insulating walling elements in a high-rise monolithic housing construction, and meet the requirements of SNiP 23-02 and SP 23-101 of the present company standard , for resistance to heat transfer, air permeability and water vapor transmission;
  3. By their technical characteristics (strength, thermal conductivity, etc.), manufactured products are fully compliant with GOST 52820-83 “Lightweight concrete. Technical conditions.”
